Ingredients:
2 lbs. boneless chicken leg/thigh pieces.
1 tbspn. garlic & ginger paste
1 green chilli
sprinkle of salt
pepper to taste
Mayonaisse
bread slices
Preparation:
In small saucepan, put chicken in and add water until all chicken is covered. Add ginger & garlic paste, little salt and sliced chilli. Boil on med. heat until water evaporates or until chicken is completely done. When done, throw away chilli and shred chicken into big bowl. Add few tbspn. of mayonaisee and black pepper to taste. Mix until smooth paste. Spread on bread slices and serve as snack or meal.
