Ingredients:
450 grams Leg of lamb
4 tablespoons Oil
1 medium onion chopped
25 grams Ginger
4-5 Garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Coriander seed powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder
1-2 Chopped green chillies
400 grams Tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
Add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped meat and salt to taste.
Cover and cook on a medium heat for about 10-12 minutes.
Add the chopped chillies, tomatoes and coriander leaves, mix well.
Cover and cook on a medium heat for about 45-50 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
