How to serve: Cold
Ingredients:
1 cup Dried apricots (khubani)
1/2 cup to 1 cup Sugar
Water (to soak apricots)
Preparation:
Wash & soak the apricots in water for 15 minutes.
Put it in a pan & add sugar according to taste, as apricots are already sweet.
Cook over medium heat till the apricots are fully cooked/soft.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool a bit.
Blend to a fine paste.
Serve cold or hot.
