Cottage cheese 4 oz
Garlic mashed 1 tbs
Bread slices 10 prefer a day old bread
Baking powder 1tsp
Mustered powder 1tsp ( optinal)
Flour (maida) 1 oz
Salt and black peppers as per ur taste
Oil for frying
Sift together flour, salt, black peppers, and baking powder.
Crush the cheese.
Now in a bowl mix cheese, egg, mustered powder, milk and garlic.
Cut the hard end of bread and cut them in 2 pieces.
Coat the cheese mixture on one side of slice.
Equal its surface with a knife.
Coat the mixture well on the bread.
