Ingredients:

Aloo 1/2 kg
Onion 3 medium(cut it in thin pieces)
Yogurt 1/4 kg
Salt according to taste
Red chilli powder 3 tea sp or to taste
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

Boil the potatos & mash them.
In a bowl mix salt & red chilli powder in yugurt & beat them.
Fry the onion in Cooking pot.
When it became golden brown pour the yugurt & stir it.
Add mashed potatos & mix it.
Then add fresh coriander leaves & mix them.
Serve hot with chapatis or naan.
