Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 tblsp yeast
3/4 cups warm water
3/4 cups vegetable oil
1 tblsp sugar
2 tblsp milk powder
1 tsp of salt
225 gms grated cheese
some sesame seeds
1 egg yolk
Preparation:
Put flour in a large bowl add the yeast, sugar, salt, milk powder and mix well.
Make a hole in the middle add 2 eggs, then warm water and oil, mix well to make a soft dough.
Let the dough rest for about 2 hrs in a warm place until it doubles in size.
After 2 hours.
Divide the dough in small portions, make little balls, make a hole in the middle, fill it with grated cheese and close it.
Continue same process with all the balls.
Then put some beaten egg yolk and sesame seeds on top and bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven (180 degrees).
Serve with tea.
