Ingredients:
1 kg minced meat (Mutton, chicken or beef. Drain all the free water properly)
2 tomatoes (Cut it in small pieces)
Corriander leaves as required
Salt as reqiured
Green chillies.. as required
Coriander (sabit) 1 tea spoon
Jafil Jawatri half tea spoon
Youghart 3 table spoon
Read Chilli Powder 1 and a half tea spoon
Gram Masala 1 tea spoon.
Flour 2 table spoon..
Oil according to need for frying
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients properly and marinate for 30 minutes in fridge.
Make round flat kababs and shallow fry it.
Serve with naan and any sauce or chutney.
