Boiled rice recipe for the beginners.

1.soak white rice in warm water for 20-30 minutes.
2.rinse warm water add new cold water and then put on stove on medium degrees for 15-20 minutes or until rice is soft/tender,(time depends on brand of rice and quantity). Add a little bit of salt as you go, until rice is a little salty, that means the rice has absorbed the salt (10-15 minutes).
3.turn off stove and rinse rice in rinser (rinse rice in sink all water must go).
4.after rinsing put rice back into pot.
5.drop two teaspoons of oil on rice in different areas and then turn stove onto same tempurature as brfore, for 5-10 minutes.
6.simmer on low temperature or rice at bottom will burn and leave on low temperature for 35 minutes or until hard steam comes out.
7.TURN OFF STOVE
