An alternative to the usual chicken tikka these are served in bite sized pieces which can make a fantastic starter accompaniment.

Chicken Breast 2
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Red chillies 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spices powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Wash the chicken breasts and cut into small pieces.
Mix ginger/garlic paste, hot spices, red chillies, salt and lemon juice in yogurt.
Mix chicken pieces in yogurt mixture and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
Skewer 2 pieces each on toothpicks.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry Tikka bites until golden.
