Thai Toast

Bread coated with minced chicken, shrimp and egg whites and shallow fried. This recipe is adopted from famous shrimp toast from Thailand.

Ingredients:

Bread (a day old) 12 slices
Shrimps ground thickly 250 gms
Chicken minced 125 gms
Spring onions (cut finely) 2 tbsp
Egg whites 2
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tsp
Garlic finely cut 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Sesame seeds for garnishing

Preparation:

Remove crust from slices and cut each slice in a triangular shape.
Grind coarsely chicken and shrimp mince with all other ingredients.
Layer each bread slice with the mince mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
On a medium flame fry slices until golden brown from both sides.
Place delicious Thai Toast on a serving dish. Sprinkle Sesame seeds on top
Serve hot with ketchup.
