Tandoori Wraps

The perfect grab-and-go meal in which Chicken is seasoned with tandoori masala and wraped in bread along with veggies. You can also use any other kind of meat instead of chicken.

3 lb boneless chicken
1 pack tandoori Masala (i.e, Shaan, Naseem)
1 average size Lime
1 Onion (red/white)
2 tablespoons oil
4 large pita breads ( nan)
1 Capsicum
1 tomato
lettuce (to taste)
French Fries (your preference)
2 teaspoons mayonnaise (light)


First, take the tandoori masala and make a mediumthick paste by adding water. Donot make it thin!. Then wash and cut the boneless pieces and marinate with the tandoori masala and let it stand for 20 minutes. While chicken in marinating, cut pieces of tomato, lettuce and mix it well in a separate bowl with the mayonnaise. Put it in the fridge for cooling. Now, check on the chicken, stir it and squeeze the lime in the masala and let it stand again for about 10 minutes. Then, in a deep fry pan fry french fries (about 1015) and place on the side.
After frying, check on the chicken and now in a new pan put all the chicken in it and oil and let it cook on medium heat. Wait till all the water has evaporated and the chicken turns golden brown to black (grill type). Before the water has dried out completely, cut large circles of the onion and put it in the chicken pan. Then, do the same with capsicum. Keep stirring occasionally. After the chicken is cooked, take the tomato batter out of the fridge and the fries and place in front of u. Heat the bread lighlty and smooth a thin layer of mayo on it and add chicken in the center. The put salad on top of it, followed by the french fries. The more u add, the thicker and heavier the sandwich will be. Then roll the bread and all the items in it in a rolling fashion. Cut the wrap from the center and enjoy!
