Ingredients:
Filling of the Pie
2 cups of brown sugar (light).
1/2 cup cream at 15 % or 35%.
1 Table Spoon of butter.
1/2 cup of milk.
2 Table spoon of flour.(all purpose or any).
1 Pie crust( unbaked)
Preparation:
Mix brown sugar and flour.
Add the milk, cream and butter.
Cook on the stove for 2-3 min.
Let it cool off.
When cool put it in a pie and bake in oven on 375 F(190C) until golden crust pie for about 35 minutes.
