Stir Fry Noodles

There are many ways to cook stir fry noodles. You can put left over chicken ( diced it) or ground meat and add your favorite vegetables. You can make this quick and healthy stir-fry noodles for any busy day of the week.

Ingredients:

5 pck Mr.Noodles/ pasta boiling water,pinch salt,tsp vinegar.
1 bay leaf
2 tbs oil
2 tbs crushed tomatoes
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp monosodium glu.(chinese salt)
1 tbs dried oregano leaves
1 tbs cornstarch,
1/2 cup warm water
Cut vegetables:
1 onion, and/green onions.
4 small green mirchi
1 whole Green/red/yellow bell peppers 1 large carrot
optional:
cubed chicken/cubed beef.

Preparation:

Put the bay leaf the pinch of salt and vinegar into a pot of boiling water.
Cut all the vegetables in square piece, the carrot into thin strips.
While the water boils, prepare the sauce. In a smaller pot put the oil to fry the onions and the mirchi(pepper) until slightly golden.
Add the noodles (leave out the soup stock/pasta boil until tender, then strain. Leave aside.
Add the rest of the vegetables and the oregano to the onions Fry until the veggies are soft.
Add soy sauce and the crushed tomatoes, boil for a while.
In the warm water dissolve the cornstarch stir into the sauce.
Serve the sauce hot over the noodles/pasta. Great for lunches.
