Chicken pieces marinated in mild spices and then simmered in tomato puree.

Boneless chicken 1 kg.
Red pepper 1 tsp.
Salt to taste.
2 lemons.
1 pack kari patta.
3 tbs corn flour.
1 tsp yellow color.
1 tbs cuman seeds.
2 cup oil.
1 can tomato paste.


Put salt, pepper, lemon, Kari patta and corn flour on Chicken and set it aside for 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minute deep fry it.
In a seperate pot saute cumin seed in oil until brown. Add fried chicken in it.
Add the can of tomato paste and stir frequently.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with naan.
