A spicy chicken dish in which Chicken is stir fried with whole spices along with lots of tomatoes to get a tangy touch and aroma.

1 kg chicken
8 tomatoes finely chopped
dahi 1 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Kuttee lal mirch 1 tsp
Lal mirch powder 1 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder a pinch
Whole clove (3) balck pepper (2)
A pinch of nutmeg and mace grinded
A pinch of kasuri mehthi
Heat oil, put clove and black pepper then put ginger/garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add tomatoes and let them cook till oil comes out.
Put chicken, red chilli powder, kutte mirch, haldi powder and fry for another minutes.
Now put dahi at this stage, cover and cook on medium heat till oil comes out again, if chicken is not tender put some water.
When chicken is done put kasuri methi, nutmeg, mace powder, grounded gram masala and wait till oil comes out.
Serve it with hot rotis or naans believe me its really tasty .
