Ingredients:

3 cups rice boiled
1 cup boiled and stripped chicken boneless
1 cup red capsicum
1 cup green capsicum
1 cup yellow capsicum
1/2 cup spring onions
1/2 cup boiled green peas
2 eggs cooked like omelete and sliced thinly
SPICES
1tbsp salt
1 tbsp ajinomoto
2tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vineger
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp red pepper
1 tbsp jeera powder
3tbsp oil

Preparation:

Take a sauce pan ,heat oil add onions and all the capsicums and fry for 2 min.
Then add all spices and stir for 5 min.
Add soya sauce and vineger and stir for another 5 min then add boiled and stripped chicken and stir,then add eggs and boiled rice ,mix well and cover the lid on very low flame for 5 min .
Srve hot with sauce or ketchup or raitaa.
