Ingredients:
Spaghetti one packet
Chicken fine slices one cup
Cabbage 200 grams chopped
Carrots 100 grams "
Capsicum 100 grams cut into slices
Green peas 100 grams
Spring onion 50 grams only leaves
Black pepper two tea spoon
Ajinomoto two tea spoon
Soya sauce two table spoon
Vinegar one table spoon
Ketchup two table spoon
Sugar one table spoon
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and then put black pepper after few seconds put all chopped vegetables and boiled sliced chicken.
Saute for few minutes then put ajinomoto, vinegar, soya sauce, ketchup, salt and sugar and mix it well.
When it half done turn off the heat.
Now boil spaghettis with salt and just one spoon of oil. when it boils mix spaghetti with vegetables and chicken.
Garnish with ketchup and cheese or whatever you like.
Its ready to be served.
