Simple and easy Chicken curry recipe in which chicken is fried in ginger/garlic paste with aromatic spices.

Chicken 2 lbs
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry powder 2 tbsp
Onion 1 medium
Coal 1 small piece
Oil 4 tbsp
Fry chicken in the oil.
Add ginger/garlic paste and let it cook for 5 mins.
Add curry powder, 1/2 cup water and ketchup, let it cook for 15 min on slow fire.
When chicken is done add capsicum and onions(cut in 8 pieces).
Cook on slow fire for 5 min, burn a coal and put in the curry(on a piece of foil or onion top layer not direct in the curry) let it sizzle for 5 min.
Take out the coal and serve.
Green chillies can be added for hot flavour.
