Ingredients:

Tomato 1 large cut into square pieces
Potato 1 Large
Onion 1 chopped
Cucumber 1 chopped
Eggs 2 boiled
Lemon 1 tsp
Salt a pinch or to tase
Pepper 1 tsp

Preparation:

Boil potato, peeled and cut in small pieces.
Mix tomato, onion, cucumber in potatoes.
Add slices of boiled eggs, salt and pepper to the vegetables. Sprinkle some lemon juice and serve cold.
