GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 1/2 TABLE SPOON
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TEA SPOON
TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TEA SPOON
SALT 1 TEA SPOON
GARAM MASALA POWDER 1/2 TEA SPOON
COOKING OIL/GHEE 1 CUP
WATER 1/2 CUP
Preparation:
EXCEPT OIL AND GARAM MASALA, MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COOK THIS MIXTURE TILL THE WATER DRIES.
THEREAFTER, ADD OIL AND GARAM MASALA IN THE MIXTURE AND FRY TILL THE COLOUR OF THE BEEF BECOMES DARK BROWN AND CRISPY.
