Ingredients:

1 Cabbage (Medium Size)
1 Cucumber (Medium Size)
1 Carrot (Small Size)
1 Lemon
1 tomato medium cut into long slices
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste

Preparation:

Chop Cucumber into two pieces (with skin)
Chop carrot into round shape (without skin)
Take off the leaves of the cabbage and make them into peices (using hand)
Mix them all with tomato slices and Saute them with Salt, black pepper and then squeeze lemon.
