Quick Fry Chicken Masala

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken (cut in small pieces)
1 tsp zera
1 tsp whole daniha
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp red pepper powder
1/2 tsp crushed red peppers (add more if you want it hotter!)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 medium size onion sliced
1 medium size bell pepper sliced
3 tbspn oil
Preparation:
In a dry fry pan, brown the zera and daniha.
Put this in a spice grinder and grind to a powder form.
Put in a bowl and add all rest of the spices and set aside.
In a large fry pan, add oil, garlic, ginger and chicken.
Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes then add ALL spices.
Stir fry until chicken is tender.
Now put in the onions and green peppers.
Cover with lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Keep checking and stirring to make sure it does not burn.
Eat with parathas or just dig in with a fork. Enjoy!!
