Ingredients:
Prawns 1/2 kilo
Oil 1 cup
Onion 1 medim size
Red chilli 1 tab spoon
Turmaric 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Rice 1 kilo
Garlic ginger 2 tab spoon
Egg 2 scrumbled
Carrot 1/2 cup diced
Capsicum 1/2 cup diced
Peas 1/2 cup
Cauliflower 1/2 cup diced
Baby corn 1/2 cup
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Preparation:
First fry the onions in oil then add prawns, garlic/ginger and fry for few more min.
Add chilli, salt, turmeric powder and cook for 5 min till prawns get tender.
After that add all cut vegetables and fry for 5 min.
Add scrumble eggs, chilli sauce and soya sauce in the end.
Now add boiled rice in it and mix well and leave for 5 min on low heat.
Serve hot.
