Ingredients:

8-12 baby chops
1 bunch cilantro
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 cups plain Yogurt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
4 tsp oil for frying

Preparation:

Blend cilantro, green chillies, yogurt and all spices to gather in the blender pour the batter on chops, cover and set a side for 4 hours.
Then heat oil in a pan on a low flame add your marinated chops pour 1 glass of water cover the lid and let it cook until the meat is tender.
When the chops are fully cooked you can grill them on a griller or uncover the lid turn on high flame let the extra water dry out and serve with ranch sauce or ketchup.
