Chicken (prick with fork) one whole
Ghee 125 gms
Raw papaya paste 1 tea sp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tea sp
Almond (powdered) 2 table sp
Poppy seeds 2 table sp
Garam massala 1 tea sp
Onion (fry in ghee and crushed) 125 gms
Lime juice 1
Yogurt 250 gms
Eggs 2 hard boiled
Minced meat cooked 125 gms
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea sp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tea sp or to taste
Yellow food color as per required
Fry the onion brown and crushed.
In Yogurt add all the spices except lemon juice and crushed onion, then rub this mixture on chicken and leave it for 4-5 hrs.
Fill the chicken with egg pieces and cooked minced meat and stich with thread.
In ghee mix yellow food color and rub it well on chicken.
Grease the oven dish and bake the chicken in oven for 20-30 minutes.
Serve hot with rice and salad.
