Ingredients:
3 cups evaporated milk
1 cup water
2 strips (4x 1cm) orange rind
1 stick cinnamon
2 clove
2/3 cup grated bitter sweet chocolate
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp powdered cinnamon
GARNISH
4 tbs whipped cream
1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon
1 tbs slivered almond
Preparation:
Combine evaporated milk, water, orange rind, cinnamon and cloves.
Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Let stand for 10 min to infuse flavor.
Strain the milk. Discard orange rind, cinnamon and clove.
Bring the strained milk to boil. Remove from heat.
Add chocolate, sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon powder. Whisk well till chocolate is melted and the mixture turns frothy. Garnish
