Ingredients:
Egg Yolks 4.
Mustard paste 1 tbsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
White Pepper 1/2 tsp.
Oil 3 cups.
White Vinegar 2 tbsp.
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients in yolks and beat well. Gradually add in oil and continue beating. Add in 1 tsp. of vinegar at intervals. Beat till all oil has been added and mayonnaise thickens.
