Ingredients:

1 mango diced finely(mango shouldnt be too rippen)
1/2 onion diced finely
2 serrano chillies diced finely
1/2 medium tomato diced finely(seedless)
1/2 cucumber diced finely(seedless)
1/2 green bell pepper diced finely
4 tbsp cilantro leaves chopped finely
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
A 1/2 tsp of black pepper
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp paprika or crushed red chillies flakes
A pinch of sugar to balance out all flavors

Preparation:

Mix every thing in a mixing bowl and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes to all the juices mix well.
Serve it with any type of sandwich or with daal chaval.
