Ingredients:
Mutton 1/2 kg.
Onion chopped 1.
Ginger+Garlic 1 tsp.
Cooking Oil 1/2 cup.
Red Chilly powder 2 tsp.
Haldi 1/4 tsp.
Curd 1/4 cup.
Salt to taste.
All spices 1/2 tsp.
Bari Ilaichi 1.
Cinnamon 1.
Cloves 2.
Black pepper 4.
Choti Ilaichi 2.
Wheat flour 1 tsp. heaped,
mixed with 1/4 cup water.
Preparation:
Heat oil in a handi, fry chopped onion.
When golden add whole spices and rest of masala.
Add in mutton; fry(bhuno) well.
Add in curd and fry, now add 2 cups of water.
Cover and cook till meat is tender.
Add flour mixture and cook for 1520 minutes on low heat.
Lastly add all spices and put on "Dam" till oil floats on top.
