Ingredients:
600 gms White pumpkin
1 cup Chopped onion
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
3/4 cup Chopped tomato
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsps Oil
Preparation:
Peel white pumpkin, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into small dices. Heat
oil, add chopped onions and saute until soft.
Add ginger, garlic paste, stir and add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder,
coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for some time. Add white
pumpkin, mix well.
Add approximately 3 cups of water and cook until white pumpkin is cooked and
masala is thick.
Serve hot.
