A famous Punjab black carrot drink thats got a unique tangy taste and usually drink in winters.

1/2 kg kali Gajar or black carrots
2 tablespoon rai
1 teaspoon red chilli
4 tablespoon salt
4-5 litre water


Cut gajar in slices long or round shape.
Mix all ingrediants (ground rai) in water in a glass jar.
Place it for 3-4 days keep stiring it evering morning and evening.
After 3-4 days it will be ready for use.
