Chicken Drumsticks seasoned with authentic and flavorsome spices, grilled and served on tangy onion slices.

8 nos. Chicken(drumsticks)
1 cup Yoghurt(sour)
2 tbsps. Coriander powder
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 tbsps. Red Chili Powder
1 pinch Ajinomoto
3 nos. Lemon
2 drops Food Color(red)
2 tbsps. Ginger(paste)
2 tbsps. Garlic(paste)
Salt to taste
Clean drumsticks, remove skin and make 1 inch slits into which rub ginger and garlic paste. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl pour yoghurt, whip it adding 2 drops of red food color.
In another bowl, mix the coriander, turmeric and chilli powder with ajinomoto and salt.
Rub this dry mixture on drumsticks and add whipped yoghurt. Keep aside for 1 hr.
Set up a BBQ and roast the chicken, basting with oil and lime alternately.
Serve on a bed of onions to which vinegar has been added.
