Chicken 1 kg (big pieces)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 2 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 cups+ 1 cup
Garlic 1 whole bulb finely chopped
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chili garlic saucce 2 tbsp
Butter 50 gms
Refined flour 2 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
Rub 1/2 tsp of salt and 2 tsp black pepper on chicken pieces and let it marinate for 3-4 hours.
Heat 2 cups of oil in a pot big enough that chicken pieces can fit in together. Add chicken cover and cook on low heat.
when one side turns out golden flip to the other side. When water dries up take it out in a dish.
Heat 1 tsp oil and butter in a wok. Add garlic.
When garlic turns golden , add refined flour and fry. Add milk and cook until mixture thickens.
Add soya sauce, chili garlic sauce and cheese in the wok. Cook for few seconds and then remove from heat.
Place chicken pieces in a serving dish and pour sauce over it.
Serve hot with any kind of salad you like.
