Ingredients:
Pasinda 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Papaya 1 tbsp
Beasan 1/4 cup roasted
Onion 2 brown and grind
All spice 1tsp
Dhania 1 tsp
Red chilly 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger / garlic 1 tsp
Curd 1/2 cup
Preparation:
Marinate pasinda with salt and papaya and yogurt for atleast 5-6 hours, then give dam of coal.
Then mix all the ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan and put pasinda in it along with the mixed ingrdients and leave to cook on slow flame.
When water dries off completely.
Fry and remove. Serve with onion rings.
