Ingredients:
Chicken breast 500g
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Put in a bowl and add all the above ingredients and mix well.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Then coat them with breadcumbs.
And deep fry them.
Serve with frenchfries.
