Ingredients:
Boiled fish..any fish u like 250 gms,
Boiled potatoes and mashed 2,
Corriander 1 tsp,
Fresh corriander 1/2 cup
Salt to taste,
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tsp,
Zeera,
1 egg
Oil for frying,
Preparation:
Add salt, pepper, corriander, crushed red pepper, zeera and potatoes in boiled fish ad mix well.
Make small balls of this mixture, dip in well beaten egg and then deep fry it.
Delicious Fish pakoras are ready to be served.
Serve hot with any chutney you like. Enjoy!!!!
