Ingredients:
6 big round Tomatoes
6 tbs rice
Lttuce leaves 1 cup
1 tin of tuna fish natural
Mayonnaise 2 tbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Cheese grated
2 tbs cream
Preparation:
Cut the tomaoes in the form of basketand take out all it's seeds.Put pinch of salt in each tomatoesan leace them a side for few minutes.
Boil the rice,rince and let them cool.
Take out tuna fish from tin and mix it with rice and mayonaise.
Fill this mixture in tomatoes.
Spread and cover whisked cream on the top of tomatoes and then sprinkle grated cheese on the top.
Cook on fairly preheated oven 220C or on gas mark 7 for 10 minutes.
Serve with Lettuce.
