Easy Seekh Kabab

These delicious kebabs can be made with any minced meat you like, but I like lamb best. Serve them with green Mint-Coriander Chutney.

Ingredients:
Mince 1 kg (take out twice in mincer and do not wash)
Salt 1 1/2 tsp (to taste)
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Bar.B.Q garam masala 2 tsp (heaped)
Ghee 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 tsp paste
Garlic 1 tsp paste
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Brown onoion 2 tbsp (grinder)
Raw onion 1 tbsp (chopped)
Corriander leaves 1 tbsp(chopped)
BAR.B Q GARAM MASALA
Choti Ilachi 3-4
Bari Ilachi 1-2
Dalchini 12 (1")
Black papper 2 tbsp
Clove 2 tbsp
White zeera 3 tbsp
Black zeera 1 tbsp
Whole Dhaina 3 tbsp
jaifal 4
Jawatri 2 tbsp
Kachri 8 (frist grind with hamour)
Saunf(aniseed) 3 tbsp
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
cocount powder 3 tbsp
Preparation:
Take out mince from mincer twice and do not wash mince.
In mince add all the above ingredients and mix very well.
Keep it aside for 1/2 hour.
Now wet your hands and put kabab on seekh and bar.b.q.
Serve hot with Imly chatni and paratta. Enjoy!!!
Note:
Clean all above dry masala, grind and fill in an air tight bottle and use whenever needed.
