Ingredients:

1 liter half and half milk
Two cans evaporated milk
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 cup moong dal
1 cup khoya
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup almonds
Kewra
1/2 cup rice

Preparation:

Soak rice and dal in water for 45 hours then blend them fine.
Boil the half and half milk and the evaporated milk together.
Then put the rice and dal mixture into the milk.
Cook it for about 1/2 hour.
Put sugar and cardamom powder into it.
Then add 1/2 of the chopped pistachios and chopped almonds.
Finally, add kewra.
Cool it down in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
It is now ready to serve.
