Ingredients:
2 teacups Chinese steamed rice
10 big cauliflower or broccoli pieces
8 to 10 baby corn
1 sliced capsicum
1 teacup sliced carrot (parboiled)
1 spring onion
1 cucumber, sliced diagonally
1 level tablespoon cornflour
1/2 teacup milk
2 pinches sugar
2 tsp black pepper pwdr
2 tsp soysauce
2 tablespoons oil
salt to taste
For Serving:

Preparation:
Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame. Add the califlower, baby corn, capsicum, carrots, spring onion, cucumber and stir fry over a high flame for 2 minutes.
Mix the milk, cornflour and 1/2 cup of water. Add to the vegetables and cook for 1 minute. If the minxture is too thick, add a little more water.
Add the sugar and salt and cook for a few minutes.
Serve as it is topped with chilli sauce.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
