Ingredients:
Corns as desired
Peas as desired
2 table spoons of cornflour mixed in 2 cups of water
2 Eggs
Sprigs of green onions for garnishing
Preparation:
Boil 1 cup water and then add the corn and peas in it.
Simmer for 2 mins.
Then add the 2 cups of cornflour mixture and let it boil for a min or until u get
the desired consistency.
Now add 2 eggs stirring rapidly.
Add some hot sauce, salt & pepper in the end.
Garnish with green onions and enjoy!!!
