Fresh homemade Samosas which is slightly different in taste and ingredeints but very delicious to eat. Best serve with spicy tomato sauce.

Ingredients:
Ingredients :
1 teacup boiled noodles
2 teacup shredded cabbage
2 sliced onions
1 grated carrot
1 teacup bean sprouts
1 tsp soya sauce
½ tsp ajinomoto powder
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
For the dough :
1½ teacups plain flour
½ tsp salt
3 tsp oil
For the spicy tomato sauce :
1 teacup tomato ketchup
A small piece ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp chilli sauce
¼ tsp salt
Preparation:
For the filling:
Heat the oil on a high flame.
Put the cabbage, onions, carrot, bean sprouts and Ajinomoto powder and cook for about 3 minutes.
Put the noodles, soya sauce and salt.
For the dough :
Combine all the ingredients and put water to make a stiff dough.
Roll out into very thin circles.
For the spicy tomato sauce :
Grind the ginger and garlic into a paste.
Combine the paste with the remaining ingredients.
Put a little stuffing on each circle and fold over to form a semi-circle.
Bring the ends together and press. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining circles.
Deep fry in oil until it becomes crispy.
Serve hot with spicy tomato sauce.
