Chicken Tikka Pizza

A simple and easy to do pizza with your favourite choice of tandoori Chicken. The pizza is perfectly moist and flavorful with a sauce close to masala instead of a traditional pizza sauce.

2 cups flour
3 tsp instant yeast
1/4 cup luke warm water
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
K n N chicken tikka chunks
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1 capsicum cut in cubes
1 onion cut in cubes
1 pickled green chilli
1/2 tsp dried pizza oregano(optional)
salt according to taste
black peper according to taste
1 cup grated pizza cheese (or half cup cheddar and half cup mozerella)


Preheat oven at 220 degrees.
Mix the yeast and sugar in water then let it rest for half an hour.
Add the flour and oil knead well and let it rest till it doubles in size after that punch out the air with the palm of your hand and roll it on floured surface and add on oiled 12 inch pizza dish and prick with the fork then spread the pizza sauce on it.
In a frying pan saute the tikka chunks and all the other filling ingredients for 5 minutes take it out and spread evenly on the pizza base sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes till cheese gets crispy light brown.
