Ingredients:
Chicken 1 1/2 kg
Red chilli 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 tablespoon
Whole spices ground 1 and a half tablespoon
Ginger ground 1teaspoon
Garlic ground 1teaspoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Curd 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds ground 2 teaspoons
Preparation:
Fork the chicken thoroughly and mix all the ingredients in chicken.
After 2 hours bake on 180 for 20 to 25 minutes.
