Ingredients:
*MARINATION OF THE CHICKEN*
Chicken Breast fillets - atleast 2 (for now)
Salt as per taste.
White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto(chinese salt) - 1/2 tsp.
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Chillie Garlic Sauce - 1 tbsp.
*ADD THE ABOVE TO THE CHICKEN STEAKS FOR ATLEAST 1/2 HR*
ING. RED CURRENT SAUCE
Butter - 3 tbsp
Tomatoes - at least 4 large chopped
Onions - 1 Medium Chopped
Garlic Chopped - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1 pinch
Salt as per taste
White pepper - 1/2tsp
Chicken stock - 1/2cup.(can easily be made by boiling chicken cubes in water)
Cornflour - 1tsp
Corriander leaves chopped - For garnishing - appx.2tbsp!
Preparation:
*FOR THE STEAKS*
Heat butter in a pan;
Add to it the chicken fillets:
Fry till Golden brown & put aside.
*FOR THE RED CURRENT SAUCE*
Heat butter in a pan;
Add onion, garlic and saute;
Add tomatoes and saute; Put aside for cooling;
Blend the mixture in a blender and after doing that heat the mixture again;
Add chicken sock to it, with salt, ajwain, white pepper;
When bubbles appear add to it the mixture of cornflour with water;
Stir until the mixture thickens;
In the end Add lemon juice and turn of the heat;
Spread sauce on the steak and serve hot with boiled vegiz or mashed potatoes or french fries or watever u desire. Garnish with Corriander leaves!!
P.S. U can also use boneless peices of chicken instead of steaks and can be eaten with boiled rice as a proper meal.
