Ingredients:
Chicken boiled and mashed 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Ground Black pepper 1/2 tsp or according to your taste
Salt to taste
Bread slices 6
Lettuce few leaves
Preparation:
Put mashed chicken in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise and all the other ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread the prepared mixture on the bread slice.
Put lettuce on it.
Cover it with another slice of bread.
Cut all the edges of sandwich and slice it into a trinagle shape.
Ready to serve.
Serve with ketchup or hot sauce.
