Ingredients:
3 chicken breast cut into 1 inch chunks
12 cherry tomatoes
2 small onion quartered
1 large capcicum cut into (1 inch)
50 ml olive oil
1 table spoon soya sauce
2 table spoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
Preparation:
Thread chicken, tomato, onion and capcicum on skewers(use wooden skewers).
Arrange kabab in a baking dish.
Combine all remaining ingrediants in a small bowl and brush on kababs along with oil.
Put into a preheat oven for 40-45 min or until chicken and vegtables are cooked.
