Try this different type of doughnut recipe in which chicken is used as a filling in doughnuts.

8 oz or 2 cups maida
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tsp(heaped) instant yeast 4 1 tbsp habib oil
1 pinch of salt
1 cup chicken boiled and shreded
2 tbsp butter
1 onion chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ajinomoto
cup cabbage chopped
2-3 green chillies chopped
4 tbsp corriander leaves
2 tbsp spring onions(chopped)
1 tbsp flour
Habib cooking oil for deep frying
For dough, Mix all above mentioned ingredients together, and knead with a soft dough.
Leave it to rise for an hour.
Make it into round doughnut shapes.
Fill with filling, cover tightly and keep to proof till double about an hour.
Then dip in beaten eggs and deep fry.
For filling :Saute chicken in butter, add onions, salt, black pepper, ajinomotto , add flour and remove from the fire.
Cool mixture then add in chopped cabbage, green chillies , corriander leaves and spring onions.
Fill the filling in doughnuts and fry.
