Mushroom sliced (4)
Salt 1/2 tspn
White pepper 1/2 tspn
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs and flour
Slit open the breast piece like a leaf, marinate with salt, pepper and vinger for haf n hour.
Fill with cheese slices and mushrooms.
Coat with Maida and bread crumbs, deep fry.
Serve with french fries and cole slaw.
