Ingredients:

2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 kg chicken fillet, cut into small cubes
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red pepper, cut as fingers
1/4 cup Broccoli
1/4 cup Baby corn
2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
2 tbsp. mustard(a pinch of haldi/yellow turmeric powder
may be used in place of mustard)
1 can x 170g Nestle Cream

Preparation:

Heat the oil, then add the onion and stir well for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken and stir well until it turns brown.
Add the celery, carrots, mushrooms, red pepper, broccoli, baby corns and MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes and leave for 2 minutes.
Cover the chicken and vegetable mixture and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add in mustard and stir well.
Add in NESTL Cream and stir well. Remove the mixture from the heat and pour into a serving dish.
If desired, decorate with some grated onions and serve hot with rice.
